A high-quality oil resulting from the pressing of olive varieties that are native and long-established, from an area comprising 87 municipalities in the Province of Salerno, stretching from Positano to Paestum, in the heart of the Cilento Park.

CULTIVAR
Rotondella, Frantoio, Carpellese, and Nostrale for at least 65%, Ogliarola and Leccino up to 35%, and/or other local varieties up to 20%.
APPEARANCE AND TASTE
With its fruity and balanced taste, Stilla D.O.P. is suitable for all culinary uses, especially for seasoning raw dishes.
CERTIFICATIONS
The D.O.P. recognition was obtained in 1997, with Reg. CE 1065/97.
