Rotondella, Frantoio, Carpellese, and Nostrale for at least 65%, Ogliarola and Leccino up to 35%, and/or other local varieties up to 20%.
APPEARANCE AND TASTE
Thanks to its delicate taste, it is particularly suitable for dishes based on fish, meat, and vegetables.
