Born as a frying oil. It is made from high oleic sunflower oil combined with antioxidants (Tocopherols). The predominance of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) in sunflower oil and the addition, albeit in minimal amounts, of compounds with antioxidant properties such as tocopherols protect the oil from oxidation during frying, making this oil more stable at high temperatures and extending its usage period.
Light yellow in color, it is ideal for light, golden, and crispy fries with high digestibility. It can be used both in a deep fryer and in a pan.
