Born from a recipe that combines the characteristics of sunflower oil, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic), with the valuable nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of extra virgin olive oil. With its aromas and high oleic acid content, it enriches the blend with health benefits.
With a straw yellow color and green reflections, a light and delicate olive flavor, it is a versatile product that can be used raw to dress delicate dishes without overpowering their flavor, or in the preparation of pickles. It is also excellent for cooking and in the preparation of sweets and savory pizzas.
The addition of extra virgin olive oil gives the blend greater stability, making it suitable for frying as well.
