Stilla 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the pressing of Italian olives, hand-picked at an early stage of ripeness and milled on the same day. The careful selection of olives gives Stilla Italian extra virgin olive oil excellent organoleptic properties.

Colline Salernitane (87 municipalities in the Province of Salerno, stretching from Positano to Paestum).
CULTIVAR
Rotondella, Frantoio, Carpellese, and Nostrale for at least 65%, Ogliarola and Leccino up to 35%, and/or other local varieties up to 20%.
APPEARANCE AND TASTE
With its fruity and balanced taste, it is ideal for use on bruschetta, salads and raw or cooked vegetables.
